It’s time to plan for the 61st Annual East Tennessee Chapter Christmas Meeting. This year’s event will be held at the Omni Downtown Nashville, in Nashville, Tennessee on December 14th-15th, 2018. Our meeting will kick off Friday afternoon with registration & a special welcome gift. Friday evening will be an opening reception in the Omni Legends Ballroom w/ good food & drinks. This is a great time to catch up with everyone! The meeting will reconvene Saturday morning with a business session which will include industry updates and more. Following the business session there will be plenty of time to check out many of the great sites that Nashville has to offer. The weekend festivities will conclude that same evening at the City Winery with a "Country Christmas" themed party which will include live music from The Downtown Band, food, drinks, dancing, family photos, and amazing door prizes.
Registration fees are $120 per adult, and $40 per child under 12 years of age. Registration forms and payment must be received by November 16th.

You are able to book your hotel room by either calling or going online. The East Tennessee Chapter, NECA has secured a special room rate of $248.00. There are a limited number of rooms available, so please make your reservations early. You MUST make your reservation no later than Friday, November 16th , 2018. The weekend of December 14th & 15th is extremely busy. I strongly encourage to book your room ASAP.
